"We just returned from a vacation in Orlando. We stayed at Royale Parc Suites in Kissimmee. Let me tell you- this is THE best place we ever stayed for vacation as a family! We arrived on Saturday around 7:30. Check in was quick and easy. Our room was a two bedroom suite on the bottom floor in room 123. We could walk out to the pool from our front door. We couldn't complain about the pool noise late at night, because we allowed our teens to stay out at the pool until closing at 11pm most nights. After all, they are on vacation, too! You can only hear outside noises from the living room, not the bedroooms, Each bedroom had two very comfortable beds, dresser, large closet, lots of room. The master bedrom also had flat screened TV, an in-room safe, and a bathroom. There was another bathroom off of the living room. The kitchen is fully equipped with appliances, ccokwear, dishes, fridge, stove, dishwasher, and dishwashing soap. The living room has a pull out couch, flatscreen tv and a table with 4 chairs. There are also two barstools at the kitchen counter. Nice heating/airconditioning set up with separate controls in each bedroom and living room. The staff was awesome! The maid even washed our dishes. They only change sheets every 3 days. Not really a big deal since you are the only one sleeping in them! The pool is heated, which came in handy since the weather was colder than average (60-70s) Hot tub nice. Also noticed kiddie pool. The poolside towels were plenty. I've never seen anyone keep so many fresh towels stocked! Arcade near pool, as is the bar, and an outside eating area. The poolside bar was very tropical with friendly bartenders. We just loved Jenifer but both were great. We took advantage of the free beer, wine, soda at managers cocktail between 5-7pm. Never had to wait!"

"Hi, 3 of us, 2 adults and 1 child just returned from Orlando, stayed 14 nights at Royal Parc, and were very happy with not only the hotel, but the whole experience!
Our suite was on the 3rd floor, 1 one bedroom suite, near the front of the hotel....from the back bedroom you could see the roof of the hotel lobby, and the living area/kitchen overlooked the pool...we thought the room was in a very good location. We usually used the stairs, but found the elevators to be fine on the occasions we did use it. We had a car, so decided to forgo the shuttle so we could come and go as we pleased...parking @ Disney is $11 per day, so can't really comment on shuttle service...I was happy with the breakfast...I didn’t have to make it, so that was a good start! There is enough variety that you can make low fat healthy choices, or not, it's up to you...fresh apples and oranges, bagels, toasted, but NOT slathered in butter, and yogurt are good choices, however they have really delicious danish pastries and muffins, and sweet rolls as well as Cheerios and Rice Krispies, juices, coffee, tea, milk, granola, instant oatmeal, white and brown bread, scrambled eggs, sausage, toaster waffles....it's certainly enough to get you through a day a the park...try the 24 hour complimentary coffee bar located just outside the doors of the cafe...a strong "French" brew and a milder "Carribbean" brew...always hot.......We brought our travel mugs and used this service all the time....I wish I was going again!
P.S. I've been lucky enough to stay in many hotels in many different destinations, all over, and while this is not a high end luxury property..it's a decent, clean, comfortable hotel, probably one of the best in it's class...overall it has a lot going for it, so I don't think you'll be disappointed"

"We usually stay on Disney property, however, there were no rooms available. I am VERY PICKY about hotels and have NO complaints about the newly renovated Quality Suites Royale Parc Suites. The room was spacious, nicely decorated and VERY CLEAN. There were an ample amount of towels in the large bathroom. We had one small problem with a leaky bathroom ceiling overnight and a safe that was left locked by the previous occupant. Both were completely taken care of within an hour of calling the front desk. We took advantage of the free breakfast every morning. It was more than adequate for our family. It had previously been mentioned bagels only once a week - we stayed five nights and had bagels offered four of the five. The coffee is great (available 24 hours a day in lobby as well as breakfast). Because of the small window of time, we did not participate in the free happy hour. With that said, we highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are large and very clean and we really enjoyed all it had to offer. It's a great deal and will be visiting again in April."

"We just really would like to compliment the staff at the Quality Suites Royale Parc Suites. We arrived very late on December 20th, feeling rather concerned about the time of our arrival. Everything went smoothly. Our suite was ready, the paperwork was in order, the Christmas gifts which we had sent by UPS were waiting at the desk. We were very pleased with the condition of our suite and with the general atmosphere in the hotel. Everyone was warm, helpful and friendly. There were many children staying there from all over the world. Our grandchildren enjoyed swimming in the pool and playing at the playground and arcade. They made friends with several other boys and had fun every evening with them. Our family really enjoyed 5 days at Disney, several visits to Old Towne, some shopping, and many fine restaurants in the immediate area. The boys had a ball at Joe's Crab Shack and would have been happy eating there every evening. We will come back to the Quality Suites in the future. We left feeling rested, relaxed and satisfied that we had made the right choice of hotels. It was a pleasure spending Christmas in the Royale Parc Suites!"

"We stayed here from Dec 23, 2007 to Dec 29 2007. The hotel was very clean and the staff was wonderful. The free breakfast is beyond your typical continental. We stayed in the one bedroom suites. We have a sixteen year old and were able to go to bed while she stayed up talking to her friends and watching TV. All the rooms face the courtyard where the pool is and they have it landscaped so the view is nice. This is also where the bar is but it never got so noisy that we would hear it at night. There are also plenty of stores (7 eleven, Walgreens and a grocery store) right across the street. There are also plenty of restaurants within walking distance. We had a wonderful time here and will stay here again."

"Stayed 12/16/07 thru 12/20/07. The hotel was far above what we expected. We had a 2 bedroom suite, all new furniture, carpet, and bedding. The appliances in the kitchen were not all new but were functional and usable. The bedrooms were spacious as were the bathrooms and housekeeping did an outstanding job of cleaning EVERY DAY. We were an extended family consisting of four adults, two children (6 and 9), and two teenagers (17, 18) and everybody was content with plenty to do. We only ate breakfast once or twice but everybody found something they liked and we had plenty of space to sit and plenty of food every time we went. We did not use the shuttle so can't comment on this but we were told where and when to catch it if we elected to use it. The heated pool was clean and the teenagers loved it, although the rest of us were a little too tired after a day at the parks. We did enjoy Old Towne on the evening of our arrival which was the "old cars" day and all of the guys thought this was one of the best parts of our trip! I did laundry a few times and had no complaints with this either. I saw the security guard making rounds several times at night and felt very safe doing laundry at night by myself. This was far and above the best place we have stayed in Kissimmee (total of 5 times) and have already told family and friends this is the place to stay when they go in the Summer. We will definitely return. No problems with check in actually arrived one day early and were given our suite without hesitancy. When approached by concierge agent in lobby, he asked if we had our tickets yet and when I told him we did he never mentioned a time share or anything else. Very nice, even recommended Logan's Steakhouse across the street for dinner and gave us a couple of vouchers for free appetizers. All of the staff was very helpful and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you all for such a great vacation."

This was our family's first visit to Disney and what a great place to stay! The 2bedroom suite was perfect, roomy with 6 adults we had plenty of everything, the beds comfy, and the rooms clean, both our bedrooms were in the back and that meant for a very quiet night.....The Frenchmans cove staff is amazing, thanks Liz you were great hope to meet up with you in the future sometime somewhere.....lots of friendly staff .....I stayed in a 4 star in St Sauveur that wasn't as comfy as this place,,,we will be back for sure one day.

We would just like to thank all the staff at Quality Suites Maingate. This was our first family (2 adults, 3 kids) vacation to the Disney area and we all had a fantastic time. The breakfasts were a delicious and filling way to start off our days. There was always something to satisfy all of us. Happy hour was nice during our down time. And coming back for a late night swim was refreshing after a long day at the parks. The room was very comfortable and clean. It was nice to have an actual crib verses a pack-n-play for our baby to sleep in. We are highly recommending our family and friends to stay with you for their Disney vacations.

We stayed a week and we had a great experience with the Quality Suites. The free breakfast was fantastic - it saved so much time. The Happy hour and the pools were just great for the family and the kids loved it. More than that the rooms were clean and the service just great. Last but not least - location - could not ask for better. Would definitely love to stay there again if I vacationed in Orlando. Thanks for a wonderful holiday.

"This is just a note to let everyone know that I was very satisfied with my recent stay at the Quality Suites Maingate East. We stayed from 4/13/2006 thru 4/19/2006 in a suite with my brother and his family. The room was just as it was advertised and was PLENTY of room. The service we received was great! The location of the hotel was perfect with so much within walking distance. I would recommend this hotel to both friends and family. Quality Suites helped make my vacation enjoyable!"
