We would be glad to accept and hold a reasonable number of your packages of reasonable size for your arrival.  At this time, we will provide this service at no charge (subject to change without notice).

Please make sure that your name, or the name of the person holding the reservation, and your arrival date, is marked on the outside of each package.  Also, send your packages as close to your arrival date as possible. In addition, we are not able to confirm the delivery of your package via email or phone prior to your arrival.

Please note that delivery of packages that may arrive after your departure can not be refused in order to be returned.

You may request a copy of the schedule/policies when you check in. Groups of 20 or more persons are not permitted to board the FREE shuttle unless prior arrangements are made- call for a group transportation quote. Note times are subject to changed.

Our Staybridge Suites offers FREE wireless high-speed internet access from your suite or anywhere within the resort grounds. Bring your wireless laptop or cell phone to gain access. 

The best option for guests traveling from the airport would be Uber, Lyft or Taxi.  After claiming your luggage, go to the Transportation level at the Orlando International Airport, then walk down to the Taxi Stand or Ride Share Area for pick-up.

A taxi should cost approximately $65 to $75 one-way to our hotel, with no other stops along the way. If you have a larger family (say 6 to 10 people) the taxi stand does have larger vans for larger party sizes.

Expect the travel time to be between 20 and 30 minutes.

Yes, we offer complimentary washers and dryers for our guests to use.  The Pantry (located at the Front Desk) sells laundry supplies such as detergent and softener. Two laundry areas our available. A 1st floor is laundry is for the use of our guests needing an accessible facility, and a second laundry on the 2nd floor next to elevator C is for the use of all guests.

Pets under 80 pounds are always welcome. A fee of $75.00 for stays 1 to 6 nights will be charged, and a fee of $125.00 for 7 plus nights. Pet fee applies to all rooms hosting pets, excluding service animals. Pets must be secured in an appropriate cage or taken from the room for housekeeping service, left in an appropriate cage if left in a room unattended, and on a leash at all times in public areas.

Cribs are available at no charge. Please note as a request when making reservations. With the availability of a sleeper sofa in each suite living room, the property does not have rollaway beds.

Our breakfast buffet is served daily from 7:00 AM- 10:00 AM.

If you are staying less than 7 nights you will receive Light Touch housekeeping service daily which includes the replacement of used towels, emptying trash and making the beds. If you are staying more than 7 nights, cleaning is provided on a weekly basis and will be scheduled when you check in.

To confirm the day of your full cleaning service, please check with the front desk. Light Touch housekeeping will be provided on other days.

Certainly, provided that we have rooms that were unsold from the previous evening, or if our housekeeping department is able to prepare rooms of guests that may depart prior to out 11AM check out or later in the day.  Our new day begins at 7AM. Same day reservations who might wish to check in prior to 7AM must pay for the previous evening.
