In these uncertain times, the Staybridge Suites- Orlando Royale Parc Suites wanted to reach out to you about what we are doing to support you and your travel plans. We continue to monitor the situation around novel coronavirus (COVID-19) and are doing everything we can to ensure safety while you travel. Cleanliness and hygiene is a top priority and we continue develop measures with consultation of our local health officials, IHG, and industry leaders and we have implemented additional protocols outlined below:

• We continue to monitor current situations and follow advice from local and federal officials, as well as IHG Hotels.

• We are following best practices guidelines in cleanliness specific to the COVID- 19, as well as increasing cleaning frequency in common areas, bathrooms, etc.

• Effective Monday, March 16, 2020, we will be temporarily eliminating the scheduled shuttle service to the area attractions until further notice.

• In consultation with global and public health recommendations, we will adjust our food and beverage service at the hotel. This includes temporarily closing our breakfast buffet. We will be offering a “grab and go” breakfast for guests to take back to their rooms. The breakfast area will remain closed for consumption of food. This breakfast will include:

• Individually wrapped muffin
• Bottle of water
• Piece of whole fruit
• Breakfast bar
• Coffee

• We will also discontinue our weekly Monday – Wednesday Social during this time.

• The food and beverage changes become effective March 18, 2020. Pool bar operation will be limited to only Friday and Saturday evenings only beginning the week of 3/22.

• We have added additional hand sanitizer stations at the hotel, and additional cleaning of our public areas
