Is our credit card charged when we make reservations?
A credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation for late arrival. However, your credit card will not be charged until your arrival at the hotel on your check-in day.
How does the FREE shuttle service to the attractions work?
Royale Parc Suites offers FREE shuttle transportation to the Magic Kingdom® Park, Disney’s Animal Kingdom® Theme Park, Epcot® Center, Disney’s Hollywood Studios™, SeaWorld® and Universal Studios® and Islands of Adventure®. We offer a variety of morning departures and late afternoon/evening returns from all the parks. You will receive a copy of the current schedule/policies when you check-in. For general questions, call 800.268.6048. (Groups of 20 or more persons are not permitted to board the FREE shuttle - call for a group transportation quote.)
Are tickets available at the hotel for the area attractions?

We are flying into Orlando International Airport. How do we transfer to the hotel?
Shuttle service is available to Royale Parc Suites. One-way or roundtrip transfers may be purchased by calling 321.939.7585 or visit www.mcoexpress.com. A taxi for up to 5 persons is approximately $50 one way. Mears Shuttle is also available at the transportation level of the airport.
How can we check e-mail while we are on vacation?
Royale Parc Suites offers FREE Wireless high-speed Internet access from your suite, or anywhere within the resort grounds. Just bring your wireless laptop to gain access. WiFi cards are available for use (nominal deposit for use). If you don’t have a laptop, our Business Centre offers PCs with Internet access for a nominal fee.
Does the hotel have laundry facilities?
We have a coin-operated laundry on the second floor of the resort with multiple washers and dryers.
Is parking available at the property?
The hotel has FREE parking onsite. You will be issued a parking pass for your vehicle at check-in which should be displayed on the dash throughout your stay.
Does the property have cribs or rollaways?
Cribs are available at no charge. Please note as a request when making reservations. With the availability of a queen sleeper sofa in each suite living room, the property does not have rollaway beds.
