How do you make reservations at Royale Parc Suites?
Reservations can normally be booked online (click here) within one year of your desired travel dates. Or, call toll-free reservations at 800.268.6048 (U.S. and Canada) Local phone 407.396.8040.
Is our credit card charged when we make reservations?
A credit card number is required to guarantee your reservation for late arrival. However, your credit card will not be charged until your arrival at the hotel on your check-in day.
How does the FREE shuttle service to the attractions work?
Royale Parc Suites offers FREE shuttle transportation to the Disney's main Ticket & Transportation Center, Epcot® Center, SeaWorld® and Universal Studios® and Islands of Adventure®. We offer a variety of morning departures and late afternoon/evening returns from all the parks. You will receive a copy of the current schedule/policies when you check-in. For general questions, call 407-396-8040. (Groups of 20 or more persons are not permitted to board the FREE shuttle—call for a group transportation quote.)
Are tickets available at the hotel for the area attractions?

We are flying into Orlando International Airport. How do we transfer to the hotel?
The best option for Royale Parc Suites guests: After claiming your luggage, go to the Transportation level at the Orlando International Airport, then walk down to the Taxi Stand, and take a Taxi. A taxi will cost approximately $50 to $55 one-way to our hotel, with no other stops along the way. This will cover the entire family, this not a per person cost. If you have a larger family (say 6 to 10 people) the taxi stand does have larger vans for larger party sizes. Expect the travel time to be between 20 and 30 minutes.
How can we check e-mail while we are on vacation?
Royale Parc Suites offers FREE Wireless high-speed Internet access from your suite, or anywhere within the resort grounds. Just bring your wireless laptop to gain access. If you don’t have a laptop, our Business Centre offers 3 PCs with widescreen monitors, convenient laser printing station and Internet access for hotel guests.
Does the hotel have laundry facilities?
We have a coin-operated laundry on the second floor of the resort with multiple washers and dryers.
Is parking available at the property?
You will be issued a daily, on-premise parking permit for your personal vehicle at check-in which should be displayed on the dash throughout your stay.
Does the property have cribs or rollaways?
Cribs are available at no charge. Please note as a request when making reservations. With the availability of a queen sleeper sofa in each suite living room, the property does not have rollaway beds.
